Update Shipping & Returns

We want to share with you the actions we are taking to deal with the current health emergency.


Due to the particular circumstances of this period, at this time of health emergency, we inform you that the shipping and delivery service may be delayed. As soon as there are any changes in the transport services, we will inform you about them here.

After the news about the Covid-19 situation we want inform you that:
> If you already placed an order on our online shop, the delivery may be delayed.
> If you want to palce an order, you can still do it, but unfortunately the shipments are blocked.
We will update you about any change. Our Customer Care is available for any question.


The returns service has been reactivated.
We have extended the return period, which has now become 30 days, starting from 15/04.
Please wait for the authorisation from our Customer Service before making the return shipment.


Our Customer Service remains at your disposal for any information from Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM until to 1:00 PM and form 2.30 PM until to 6:00 PM.
